UPS Ground:*

You may choose to have your merchandise shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).  Please note that UPS will only deliver to a street address, not to a P.O. Box.  Products usually arrive between 5 and 10 working days after your order is processed.  Orders are processed in one or two business days.
 

Rush Delivery:* 3 to 5 Business Days

You may choose to have your merchandise "Rush" delivered by DHL.  Please note that this is not an "overnight" service, but it is still much quicker than ground shipment.  Products usually arrive in 2 days after your order is processed.  Orders are processed in one to two business days.  From the time your order begins processing to delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days.*  Again, DHL will only deliver to a street address, not to a P.O. Box. 

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders arriving after Christmas. We take no responsibility if ground shipping is chosen when "rush delivery" is more applicable. This is why we provide the shipping deadlines. Returns will be not honored.

*Once an order is placed for "rush delivery" it cannot be cancelled.

*At the present time, we do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 United States.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
